liquid hand soap

UPDATE! summer 2010 - this is still a great choice, but i've found dr. bronners more effective, diluting better, and this a better value.
--------------------
of all liquid hand soap options at the bowery whole body / whole foods in nyc,
the natural frugal liquid hand soap decision is:
dr. woods liquid soaps

price at the bowery whole body / whole foods in nyc:
$9.99/32oz = $0.31/oz

some flavors are a dollar or so more,
i've tested dilutions,
3:1 for water:soap ratio,
it's working great

ingredients: saponified coconut and/or palm oil, vegetable glycerin

so simply, easy, natural, and functional.
no sodium lauryl sulfate, edta, any weird stuff, that a lot of the natural brands like mrs. meyers have.

there are so many liquid soaps out there loaded with all sorts of chemicals,
even ones claiming to be natural have varying ingredients.

these are cheaper than dr. bronner's liquid castile soaps,

dr. woods is from ny state, though i didn't call to see if they actually make the soap in ny state.
